EditPostComposer component displays the composer content for editing a
post. It sets the initial content to the content of the post that is being
edited, and adds a header control to indicate which post is being edited.
The attributes passed into the component.
The root DOM element for the component.
Whether or not the component is loading.
Class component state that is persisted between redraws.
Updating this will not automatically trigger a redraw, unlike other frameworks.
This is different to Vnode state, which is always an instance of your class component.
